Erica Gloor - Sage Counseling Services

Erica has worked in a variety of settings and positions, providing counseling to a wide range of individuals and families through her time in the field. She strives to offer insightful and compassionate perspective, creating an affirming, non-judgemental space for clients to process their experiences and develop practical tools to manage the challenges of life.
Erica is a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPC-MH), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with emphases in Family Studies and Social Work from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN and a master's degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado - Denver.
Erica is available to meet with adults, couples, families, children and adolescents. Some areas of focus include: adjusting to life changes, stress, anxiety, trauma, parenting and family challenges, complex medical conditions, addiction and substance use concerns. She utilizes an eclectic, strengths based approach, integrating elements of: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, mind-body connection, and trauma processing strategies.
As guardian, and at times caregiver for her brother who has a developmental disability, Erica also has a passion for supporting individuals and families impacted by neurodivergent diagnoses. Outside of her practice, Erica fills her time with family and friends, enjoys traveling and participating in activities in the community.
