Hi everyone, ⛄️❄️

I wanted to share a quick reminder that now that I’m traveling from Rutland to Brandon for appointments, winter weather may occasionally require me to adjust scheduling for safety. I’ll always do my best to keep everything on track, but if road conditions become tricky, I may need to shift appointment times.

Our therapists are trained to assist you in developing a treatment plan designed to help you meet your wellness goals, whether addressing issues of stress, depression, pain and discomfort, or simply enjoying some "me time."

We offer energy work through Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Our massage practices include sports massage for injury recovery and optimal performance, hot stone, therapeutic and reflexology for pain management, relaxation, circulation and energy renewal. For healthy, vibrant skin, we offer customized facials, body scrubs and wraps, and a full line of natural and cosmeceutical skin care products by Bioelements, "where science meets nature." We also want you to feel well-polished at all times and offer full body waxing and nail services with our licensed and experienced staff.
