22 Years ago I took a class on vibrational medicine and sound healing. I couldn’t get behind it. It’s based in science so why was I doubting it? Age? Not enough experience? Life? Well things change and circumstances force us to view the world through a new lens. I’m grateful to have been given resources and opportunities to re-explore this idea.
