We are a leading Oral, Maxillofacial & Dental Implant Surgery practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and cost-effective oral, maxillofacial, dental implants, cosmetic and reconstructive surgical services to our patients in a safe and effective manner. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team.

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and performing a variety of administrative and patient support services. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong customer service and clinical skills. Must also possess an outgoing, enthusiastic, "can-do" personality.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The Patient Coordinator must be a great team player who is able and willing to provide operational office support in the delivery of patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing medical records, scheduling patient procedures, check-in and check-out patients, insurance verification, obtaining medical clearance, and other duties as needed. This is a small, yet busy solo-physician surgical practice so the Patient Care Coordinator must be able to multi-task and work quickly, efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision.

Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Current or recent medical/dental office experience. CPR/ BLS certification. OSHA and HIPAA knowledge. Exceptional organizational skills. Dependable. Trustworthy. Polite. Excellent customer service skills. Mature. Must possess and maintain a professional image. A non-smoker. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, write and speak English. Basic use of telephone, scanner, fax, and internet. Bilingual a plus
