Husbands and wives should take care of each other. Marriage is a team effort. Every team must have a leader/head. If a man wants to truly be the head of his household, he must represent and work cohesively with his team (which is his wife) to achieve goals. A true leader makes an effort to help develop their team's skills(wife) so they can reach their full potential together. This strengthens the marriage bond. Good men lead by example and establish strong, trusting relationships to ensure success within the team(wife) and for the marriage as a whole. Your team(wife) will submit easily to your leadership when you have demonstrated trustworthiness, respect, good decision-making skills, compassion, and teamwork. jn~
