Insight Life Care was founded by Chris Nussbaum, MD, FHM in 2013 after 25 years of practicing internal medicine in different environments. With a passion for people and a realization that the current healthcare system is not set up with patients in mind, Dr. Nussbaum committed to creating a practice which brings old school, one-on-one physician-patient relationships back to modern medicine and removes the middlemen (insurance companies and hospital corporations) from your primary care experience. Through Dr. Nussbaum’s approach to internal medicine, Insight Life Care consistently delivers healthcare at a level of competence, concern, and service simply not found at typical primary care practices.

As Bucky Fuller once said, “You never change things by fighting against the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete.” At Insight Life Care, we are redefining adult primary care through our commitment to developing personable, sustainable relationships with every single one of our patients and providing them with the best of the best evidence-based health care.

Our patients pay a flat monthly fee, about $150 a month, to receive unrestricted access to all of our services regardless of their health insurance status. Those services include having 24/7 access to Dr. Nussbaum via call, text and video chat, same day and next day appointments guaranteed, timely, unrushed appointments – we schedule our appointments in hours rather than minutes and never double book our schedule so there is never any waiting, lab work in office, remote patient monitoring, in-home visits, hospital inpatient care, scheduling managing and following up with outside appointments and diagnostics for you, and a plethora of other concierge style benefits.
