It’s important to speak up. The more people that speak out the the weaker the stigma gets.

Eagles’ WR A.J. Brown spoke about his struggles with mental health and a time he thought about taking his own life.

Brown urged everyone to reach out to someone if they are going through mental struggles.

“Don’t be afraid to talk to somebody. Don’t be afraid to seek help, you know, because somebody was there for me and ultimately saved my life. Keep going.”🙏

During this month of Mental Health Awareness I’d like to let people know I am accepting new clients. With today’s busy and fast paced lifestyle it may seem impossible to take time out of your day to attend a therapy session.
The good side of this new world is that technology makes it easier than ever to make a therapy appointment. As long as the person is in the state of Mississippi I can see them through telehealth. Telehealth therapy offers benefits such as allowing for a more flexible schedule and allows you to have quality service from the comfort of your home.
Please share with your friends who live in the state. If you or someone you know is interested in therapy, whether in person or via telehealth I can be reached by call or text at (601) 706-9346 or by email at dhopkins@therefugewell.com
