Is anyone else in the situation where they are too busy to take their own calls and not busy enough to hire someone? I’ve heard about the AI receptionist, but they seemed very expensive when I looked into it. Most of my clients are repeats, but it’s the changing of the appointments And some new calls that I am concerned about. Many of my clients make their next appointment at the end of the session so, hiring someone just to change appointments and take a few new calls feels expensive per call. Many of my clients do not like to use a portal or an appointment system on the computer mostly because I save a few appointments for emergencies. Does anyone have any suggestions?
