Oasis Counseling Community, Counseling, Consulting, Evaluation, Assessments Oasis Counseling was founded by Maggie Dulcio. Maggie is a native of Haiti.

She was born in Port-au-Prince Haiti and moved to the United States in the late 1980's. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. After completing her bachelor degree, she moved back to south Florida where she began her carreer in Sales Management. She then married her childhood sweetheart. While working in management she discovered her passion to guide and help others. She then attended Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her Master degree in Mental Health counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), a Licensed Insurance Producer and Financial Coach. She worked with families and at-risk youth. She's continues to be humbled to have the priviledge of working with so many families. Services offered:
