I recently had the opportunity to visit Mintz Elementary during their Great American Teach In day to demonstrate chair massage. We talked about the importance of massage, how it benefits the body, and went over some fun facts about the body. Students even had the chance to do a shoulder massage on each other! What a fun day for all! (Teachers: Nikki Velez science/math; Alice Riviezzo language arts, 5th grade.)
