Dr. Mary Beth — 2x Olympian, mom of two, and chiropractor in Brandon, Florida, helping families restore health and balance through gentle chiropractic care, nutrition, and mindset coaching. As an Olympic athlete, I experienced a major health setback that affected the trajectory of my athletic career. As a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic, I gained insight, tools, and knowledge to turn my health around and empower others to do the same. As a mom, I'm familiar with the daily challenges of eating, moving, and thinking well to perform to my potential while serving my family. LiveWell7 is based on 7 pillars of health that must be in balance for one to experience true wellness, vibrant health, and an extraordinary life. I provide chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and mindset coaching. Our hope for renewed health must be fixed on our body's amazing ability to heal and restore itself. My aim is to bring awareness to the body's messages, remove interference to our potential, and provide nutrients, tools, and guidance. My goal is to educate, empower, and equip everyday people to find, fix, and fuel the fire that lives in each of us.
