Mindful Chiropractic is led by Dr. Maria Medina, owner and clinic director, who is passionate about providing mindful, family-centered care. The practice offers neurological-based chiropractic services designed to help patients of all ages move, feel, and live better. Their office specializes in the Torque Release Technique, a specific, low-force, neurological, and research-driven approach to chiropractic care.

Dr. Maria, originally from Puerto Rico and a graduate of Life University in Georgia, is committed to serving the diverse members of our community. With a fully bilingual practice, she is passionate about ensuring that high-quality chiropractic care is accessible to both English and Spanish-speaking families.

Mindful Chiropractic is excited to announce its new location at 920 Lumsden Rd, Brandon, FL 33511, with an expected opening date of February 23rd. We’re excited to welcome Mindful Chiropractic to the Chamber family and look forward to supporting them as they open their doors soon! 💙
