In Case You Missed It: F4V is partnering with the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC) as the Fields 4 Valor Program for Food Security!

This merger represents a strategic advancement for F4V as we collaborate to enhance support for our nation’s Veterans in agriculture. Together, we aim to expand opportunities, resources, and programs that empower Veteran farmers, address food insecurity, and fortify our communities.

Peter Scott, our founder, will continue his commitment to Veteran food security through multiple important roles within FVC. He will serve on FVC’s national Board of Trustees and contribute to the leadership of FVC’s Maryland chapter. In this capacity, Peter will help establish an innovative pilot program in Maryland that coordinates donations and sales of agricultural products to local food banks near military communities. This pilot program aims to create sustainable food security solutions for Veterans that can be replicated in other military communities nationwide.

Thank you for your ongoing support and being a part of the F4V community.

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Target for generously providing the turkey and fixings for our families in need. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that no veteran family goes hungry during the holiday season and throughout the year: https://fields4valor.org/donate/.
