He was only 41 years old.

Grief like that changes you forever… but it can also become a calling.

In his honor, I created Heralds Hour.

Every month for the past 7+ years, I dedicate my time and resources to offering holistic pain support for individuals who may not have the financial means to access it.

Through therapeutic massage, Reiki healing, harmonic light therapy, coaching, and shamanic healing, Heralds Hour is meant to support those who are seeking natural alternatives for pain management—especially those trying to avoid opioids or working toward getting off of them.
