I specialize in treating the entire body as a whole and being a channel for healing based on my clients needs, whether it be relaxation, stress relief, soothing aches & pains, or energy healing.

Today’s Sacred Self-Love ♥️ Retreat was one for the books. What a beautiful gathering in gratitude and heart awakening Love. We shared a beautiful Heart Opening Yoga workshop, a Heart Awakening Sacred Cacao Ceremony and A Love Creation Ritual. We broke “bread” together and shared a delicious and body nourishing lunch provided by . Together, We laughed, we cried, we hugged, we held hands and prayed, we held sacred space for one another in the most beautiful loving way. Sara and I could not have asked for a more special day today. Thank you for everyone of you that showed up for yourselves today. Happy Valentines Day everyone! ♥️🙏♥️
