ASKING FOR A FRIEND MENTAL HEALTH FORUM

If you're concerned about someone - a friend, a relative, a coworker - and don't know what you can do to help, come to 'Asking for a Friend,' a free Q&A with a panel of professional therapists.

Held at the James Blackstone Memorial Library on Oct. 14, 6:30 pm to 8 pm, 'Asking for a Friend' is an open forum where audience members will be able to ask questions anonymously. It's a chance for the community to come together at a time when so many of us are looking for guidance.

Please spread the word about 'Asking for a Friend.' No lectures, no judgment, no pressure. After all, you're just asking for a friend.
