Caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia? You could be eligible to receive up to $2700 in respite care funding (including adult day services) through the Stand By Me GUIDE Program at Connecticut Hospice – a new Medicare-funded program offering free, personalized support to individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias—and their families.

Ct Hospice is honored that you trusted us with Carol's end of life care. Thank you for creating this special cupcake to celebrate Carol and support the Ct Hospice mission.

Our Sugar family has created a special cupcake to honor our beloved co-owner and my mother, Carol, whose joyous and generous spirit was the heart of our bakery. The Christmas Carol cupcake captures her infectious laughter and love in every swirl of frosting, and is a nod to the delicious streusel coffee cake she lovingly baked for her family. Delicious cinnamon streusel is swirled in a vanilla cupcake, frosted with buttery brown sugar buttercream, and topped with more cinnamon streusel (her three daughter’s favorite part of her cake!). To celebrate her legacy and thank the incredible nurses, doctors and staff at Connecticut Hospice who cared for her with dignity and respect in her final days, $1 from every Christmas Carol cupcake sold will be donated to Connecticut Hospice through the entire holiday season starting now! Share in her sweetness and keep her memory alive with every bite. 💖
