I’m so honored to welcome Heather F. To our studio! She will be covering Wednesday evening Deep Stretch this summer while Nina is on maternity leave. Her first class will be 4/15! She brings with her a calming presence, a deep understanding of the body, mind and soul, and a warm and comforting demeanor you will all adore.

Don’t miss Heather’s first class next Wednesday at 6:30 pm!

Thankful for this wobbly reminder of what it feels like to adapt as things around (or within) us change. Trying to keep up with this active + growing girlie, even if it looks and feels a little different these days.

Also thankful for the reminder to honor my mind, body and soul as things continue to shift. The lessons of yoga are a living practice, both on and off the mat.

Shout out to this upside down inspo! 🤸🏼‍♂️

NEW TEACHER ALERT! 🔔
You guys, we are in for a treat - Ann is joining our studio! You may know her as your dentist (Branford Dental), but now you’ll get to know her as your yoga instructor. She is fun, warm, engaging and an all around incredible addition to our studio!

Ann will be taking over Monday 6 pm FLOW starting on 4/6 and….. drumroll please…. Sunday sculpt is now here! She will also be teaching Sunday 10:30 am sculpt beginning on 4/13!

Be sure to welcome Ann next time you see her around the studio ✨
