1) “Sitting there during my first fitness consultation with Billy, going through the steps of how out of shape I was, it hit me that I didn't just have to make a change - I needed to. I'm 6' tall and have been athletically-built my whole life, but the body I had definitely vanished over the years. My goal was to ultimately get back into the shape I was when I was 18. I decided to start training with Billy one time a week, and before the month was over, I had increased to two times a week. The one thing that was reassuring with Billy was that he knew my level of fitness and what I was capable of doing. As the months went on, I could tell that my body was changing. I was becoming firm and strong. Exercises weren't getting easier, but I was getting better. Billy offered to go through my diet to see if I was on the right track.
