Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB recently named Skaggs Foundation as the 2025 Branson Nonprofit of the Year. 🎉

💧 Big thanks to Missouri American Water for their generous $5,000 grant to Skaggs Foundation!

These funds will help us continue improving health and wellness right here in Stone and Taney counties. We were honored to celebrate the check presentation with Senator Brad Hudson, representatives from Missouri American Water, and members of our board and grant committee. 🌊🍎

Transportation can become complicated as we age. Driving gets harder, and the costs of outsourcing transportation quickly add up. 🚗
After Sharon lost her son, she felt lost with no reliable way to get to and from appointments. Fortunately for Sharon, one of her nurses recommended reaching out to Carla, a driver in the transportation assistance program. In Carla, Sharon found not only a driver but also a welcome companion. 💖
Skaggs Foundation proudly supports transportation assistance programs, which provide options like cab vouchers, gas cards, and reliable transportation services to those with limited mobility. These grants provide access to essential healthcare services.

🎗️ We are honored to be the recipient of funds raised by Tanger Branson for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
👢Our team was at Tanger PINK Party & Annual Boot Drive on Saturday with PINK coupon books for $10 with exclusive Tanger PINK offers. At this event, guests also participated in a purse raffle.
The Branson firefighters also helped out by accepting loose change donations, while our friends from the Women’s Center shared information about women’s health. This event definitely put the “fun” in “fundraiser!” 💖
All proceeds from this event will support grants that fund breast cancer research efforts.

Slippers symbolize the comfort and security that comes with good mental health. By wearing them, we are helping spark conversations, raise awareness, and break down the stigma surrounding mental health. 💪💚
