I had a root canal done and honestly had a really positive experience. The dentist, Ramsey, was humble and charming (anyone who utters the words "the Dixie chicks has some bangers" is a human I trust with my smile), and dental assistant (didn't catch her name but she's a wonderful conversationalist and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed. She deserves a raise or even like a little Friday work incentive, for sure) were both incredibly kind, worked seamlessly together, and showed clear respect for each other’s roles, which made me appreciate the atmosphere they created even more. I also want to mention Laura (and the other lady who peaked around the cubicle and validated my feelings) in billing, there was an issue with my CareCredit payment, and she handled it with professionalism. She worked to resolve things per protocol but without making me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my involuntary vow of poverty. Lol Overall, the care, teamwork, and respect shown by the entire staff was top notch. Lastly, Jill is a delightful Goddess. 😁 Bravo. You guys should be proud of yourselves.

The staff is friendly, professional, and the office is clean and welcoming. Julie, the hygienist, was amazing—gentle, thorough, and made the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. The dentist was knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Highly recommend Branson Dental Center in Branson, MO!

12/30: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
12/31: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
