Tri-factor Lifestyle Management is owned and operated by Marci M. Manna, Psy.D., M.D. & Certified Personal Trainer. This business was created with the belief that for any weight loss or fitness program to be successful, it must address one's physical health, any psychological issues that cause us to keep our weight on, or put us at odds with meeting our fitness and diet goals. My program is meant to be wholistic and to focus on creation of a healthy lifestyle!
