Sometimes traumatic experiences happen when we are tiny. When we don't have words. When our memories haven't formed a picture yet.

Sometimes traumatic experiences get stuck in the brain. They become whispers that live outside awareness and cause chaos and confusion when they seem to jump out of no where.

I love memory processing theory only second to attachment theory. But actually- attachment is implicit memory so I guess I love them the same.

I love memory processing theory so much, and think it is soooo important to understand, that I made a three-part video series and a corresponding e-book that you can grab for F R E E on my website.

This used to be a paid webinar but I decided it needed to reach more people so I completely remade it and had fun making the e-book.

Hello! Welcome to my page! I want to take a second to introduce myself and share a little about why I’m here.

My name is Sara Brisbois. I am a Associate Licensed Professional Counselor (hopefully fully licensed in the very near future 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼), wife, and mom.
