Welcome! I have been practicing Massage Therapy and Body Work for 15 years and specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Labor/Delivery, Post-Partum massage. I am also practiced in John Barnes' Myofascial Release technique, Cupping, and Gua Sha. My goal is to keep learning, and practicing, new modalities in order to better my abilities to help you! I am currently a licensed Therapist in California, and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Whatever your needs are to feel and be better in your daily life, I will do my best to assist you.
