An exciting message from the Administrator:

Last night, I received an email with our 5 star report for the month of October. This is a report that comes out regularly, scoring our overall quality out of 5 stars based on categories like staffing, health inspections, and a variety of quality measures. Tonight, we learned that Thompson House has been moved into the FIVE STAR category for both quality measures and overall rating!
Being a five star nursing facility is no small task- It takes a dedicated team who pays close attention to detail, show up for their residents, and ensure the highest quality care every day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
To our team at Thompson House, CONGRATULATIONS!.. This rating was a team effort supported by every department and every amazing staff member! Thank you all for the outstanding work you do; We all have a lot to be proud of today! 💚💜
