I love rose season. Just breathing in the aroma brings a sense of peace and calm. I dry some for tea and infuse it in honey to enjoy this wonderful medicine all winter long.

This is just one of the plants we will be working with this Saturday at the Plant Medicine for Body Heart Mind and Spirit Apprenticeship. Message me if you’d like to join for just this class or for the rest of this season.

And some yarrow and thyme tincture

And a cordial made on solstice

Solstice season is the time for gathering these herbs to help us move energy- to clear what is stuck and bring in love, protect us from harm, and stay healthy all year long.
