I, and Fiddlehead Midwifery, are overjoyed to let you all know that, following my parental leave, we are accepting primary clients again starting now! I am excited to be working in partnership with Kim Barstow, of Wildflower Midwifery. We will be working with families together, and are looking forward to providing holistic, home-based care. While I have so appreciated such focused, cozy time with my family- I really look forward to connecting with and caring for other families in our community. This work is such a deep part of me and I feel grateful to find such an easy fit for partnership, in Kim and their practice.

It is with a tender heart that I am letting you all know that Fiddlehead Midwifery is taking a sabbatical. Our family is doing some traveling this year, which is not conducive to an on-call lifestyle. While I am excited about our future adventures, I do feel so sad to pause my work as a midwife. This role is so close to my heart- this work, so nourishing. I will miss it with so much of my heart, and am already looking forward to resuming my practice before too long has passed. Please feel free to be in touch for referrals in the interim. 💜

My practice is relatively small, which is just as I want it in these sweet Vermont hills. It will probably never be the most lucrative work I could do, but dang- on nights where we eat salads with nasturtiums and bachelors buttons in a bed of greens bartered from a client’s farm I feel so, so lucky.
