WHO ARE WE
Brattleboro Primary Care - Pediatrics is an NCQA Recognized Patient Centered Medical Home, located on the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital Campus. Previously known in the community as Brattleboro Pediatrics, we re-established in 2000 and joined the physician owned group partnership, Primary Care Health Partners.
