Hello beautiful people!
Some exciting news: I have begun teaching a new weekly yoga class at Newfane Village Yoga.
Slow & Strong
Thursdays, 6-7pm
Take your time, settle in, and build some heat with this strong, slow vinyasa flow. With plenty of space and encouragement for the generous use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps), we will find creative ways to deepen our practice. We’ll begin gently, work up a sweat, and close with a long and luxurious coast down into savasana. Every cue is an invitation. Every breath is your own. Be gentle with yourself. Go at your own pace. Come as you are, and find the yoga that honors the truth of your body.
This class is a great option for all levels of experience, including beginners.

This also means that I am putting Friday Prop Empowered Yoga on hold at my studio for now. Big thanks to all of you who came and graced the space with your energy and your practice. If you and a friend or two would like to start up a group class at some other weekly time, just send me a message or comment below. More classes can be added if schedules align.
