I think we can all agree that life gets stressful sometimes. Cortisol (The stress hormone) messes with ALL of our body functions by SUPRESSING the immune system and ACTIVATING the sympathetic nervous system (our fight or flight), keeping us dysregulated and vulnerable to illness.

Here are some very simple tips to stop anxiety in its tracks by gently bringing yourself back into your body.
