One-Year Certification Programs

Zen Shiatsu has the same range of benefits as Acupuncture and Massage combined and achieved entirely through touch. Zen Shiatsu works with the body’s energetic meridian network to heal and restore internal and external functioning. Students use abdominal assessment to inform and design unique treatments for each individual. Techniques include joint rotation, stretching, rocking, as well as a palm, finger, knees, and elbow pressure. Zen Shiatsu is done fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor or on a massage table. A Zen Shiatsu session brings healing to both the practitioner and the client. phone/text (802) 236-6396 | wwwshiatsuvt.org
