Here I demonstrate two static exercises (pullover and pulldown) using computer feedback to guide my performance. The idea is to bring my strength down as quickly as possible (inroad) in order to turn on a growth mechanism so the body can create new tissue.
Typically, two seperate machines would be required for two different exercises. Transitioning from the first exercise to the second could consume valuble time that would allow me to recover my strength, which is not desireable. This process may take 30 seconds or more.
Here I am able to slowly and safely unload from pullover, quickly transition to pulldown, and slowly load up into the pulldown exercise in less than ten seconds. This speedy transition prevents me from regaining my strength level momentarily, thus causing inroad to occur at a faster rate.
Here I demonstrate static exercise for the upper body using computer feedback.
