The Pioneers Memorial Hospital Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501 (c) (3), not-for-profit organization that solicits, receives and processes gifts and grants for the benefit of Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District. The Foundation was incorporated in 1982 with a goal of raising funds to expand the emergency and surgical units, and to build a new intensive care unit. After five years of hosting special events, extensive community outreach, and with the generous support of individuals and businesses throughout the northern portion of Imperial County, the Foundation reached it's initial goal of contributing $500,000 to Pioneers Memorial Hospital

PMH Foundation has continued to put its full support toward providing equipment and facilities for the hospital.
