Pioneers and IVHD proudly welcome Dr. Rami Jirjis, a Urologist joining us from the great state of Texas. Dr. Jirjis is now seeing patients and is excited to be a part of our wonderful team and community.

Get to know Dr. Jirjis a bit more with the following details about his background and family life:

● Dr. Jirjis joins us from the Houston, Texas area.

● He graduated from the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in Michigan.

● Dr. Jirjis completed his urology residency at Detroit Medical Center.

●He moved to the Imperial Valley with his wife and three children, who enjoy playing soccer and basketball.

●In Houston, nearly 150 patients rated Dr. Jirjis an average of 4.9 stars on Google Reviews.

Esly Ortiz and Christopher Moreno welcomed their son, Itzan, this morning at 3:36 am. As first-time parents, they are beginning this special chapter with hope and excitement.

💖 Meanwhile, at 4:39 am, Lizeth Tinajero and Brian Santiago welcomed their daughter, Elizabeth, who weighed 7 lbs, 7 oz. Little Elizabeth will be warmly received at home by her two excited sisters!

During this holiday season, the Imperial Valley County Fire Department brought joy, smiles, and a sense of comfort to our pediatric patients at Pioneers Memorial Hospital, as well as to the children in our daycare. Their visit created special moments of happiness during a time that can be challenging for many families.

We are sincerely grateful for their kindness, generosity, and continued dedication to serving our community both in and outside of emergency situations.
