Meet our Brand Ambassador: Kevin Koldesk

From the calm of early mornings on the water to the thrill of tournament day, Kevin brings a lifetime of passion for fishing.

A dedicated angler since childhood, he’s chased everything from pickerel and pike to a long-standing love of bass fishing—whether for fun or in competition. For him, being out on the water isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way to reset, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

After proudly serving 35 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, he now enjoys retirement doing what he loves most: fishing tournaments, spending time with his wife Tina, and making memories with family, friends, and grandkids.

You’ll find him competing with the North Bay Bassmaster Club across Ontario, with his sights set on one day fishing the Bassmaster Opens in the USA. As the new season kicks off April 30, 2026—including the Ontario Hank Gibson Qualifier—he’s ready to get back out there.

Meet our Brand Ambassador: Joe Vuono

Joe is originally from Maryland, but he has spent the last 20 years in Tennessee. He has been happily married for 25 years and the have two adult children.

He has loved fishing since he was 4 years old when his father put an old Zebco rod and reel in his hand. Joe works as a quality manager in telecommunications and that gives him the opportunity to fish all over the East Coast. Over the years, he has been able to catch several different species and visit the little towns he has never been to.

Joe currently fishes competitively in a bare bones kayak league in East Tennessee. He has been fishing competitively for 5 years. He also makes soft plastic lures and paints crank baits.

Joe also loves to golf even though he claims he is not that great at it. He says there is nothing like spending a Saturday afternoon with his buddies at the golf course. He enjoys spending his time in the sunshine and laughing with his buddies.

Joe has been fishing his entire life, he competitively kayak fishes, and he does some hunting. He loves fishing in shallow water and relies heavily on his polarized sunglasses.
