☀️ don’t spend time you don’t have.
☀️ if you don’t have health, it all of a sudden jumps to the top of your priority list
☀️ let’s bring your wellness to the top of the list before a crisis happens
☀️ this will mean not doing some of the things you’re doing in order to start the exercise and the early bedtimeand the healthy meal prep and time spent noticing and nurturing your emotions and mindset
☀️ our lives can be shorter than we want them to… And if we’re not paying attention to our basic health habits, we may run out of time to do anything else

☀️Create a daily habit of exercise… Choose a time and space and what you’re going to do
☀️ you don’t need any equipment really… There are tons of free body weight only exercises on YouTube
☀️ or just take a walk, do as many push-ups as you can (start on your knees if you have to), hold a plank and a wall sit as long as you can… And stretch a little at the end
☀️Boom- done!
☀️Repeat another day

☀️ yes, you can lose weight even if ultra processed foods are included in your food plan
☀️ but can you feel your best?
☀️ are you your healthiest self?
☀️ a body that is functioning well metabolically… That has normal fasting glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides levels…and normal blood pressure, etc…. probably has a little more room for the ultra processed foods….
☀️ but how do they make you feel? The chips and desserts and “granola bars” and pasteries and cereals and take out?
☀️ and if you are trying to “heal“ your metabolism… Lower your cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar, blood pressure… Or if inflammation is increasing in your body due to life stressors or hormonal changes such as menopause… do you want to be feeding your body foods that help heal and nourish your body? Or foods that are created to have you crave and want more?

☀️ just take some time every day to practice lowering your cortisol, soothing your spirit, and waking up your mind to the beauty of a chance to live another day….

☀️ hold onto the thought “it’s going to be a good day“ and see what happens…
