I’ve done summers where I tracked every bite, skipped meals before beach days, and forced workouts because I felt like I “had to.”
And I’ve done summers where I slowed down, nourished my body, moved in ways I actually enjoyed, and let go of the pressure to look a certain way.
Let me tell you—this way is better.
This summer,
I’m chasing strength. Peace. Energy.
I’m getting outside more, fueling with real food, lifting a few times a week, and saying yes to the kind of movement that makes me feel alive.
It’s not perfect. But it’s intentional. And let weight loss be a symptom of this epic active summer.
