➕2nd model skin type 5 on the Fitzpatrick Scale
➕Moderate to severe hollowing based on Merz scale (Grade 2-3)

Model Exclusions:
❌No surgery in orbital area
❌No festoons or herniated fat pads
❌No malar region or orbital injection of filler for last 24 months
❌No injections of fat or semi/permanent fillers ever
