Ashley describes herself as a "nerdy, neurodivergent counselor who works with clients of all identities, spiritualities, and walks of life." Her counseling framework is grounded in attachment with a trauma informed lens, incorporating art therapy, DBT, and CBT. 🤓

Through dollhouses and sandtrays, stories and games, we hold space for what emerges.

We follow their lead, at their pace.

Sometimes the most profound work happens in whispers, in metaphors, in the language children speak most fluently, play!

🤩Adults, Parents, and Caregivers - Breanna's gotcha counseling covered!🤩 Breanna packs a wealth of knowledge with a background of 8 years in school social work. Bre has a passion for helping families thrive, and being a Mommy of 4 herself - yeah, she kinda gets it💪🏾

Breanna is also passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of life - offering a safe space to be seen, heard, and understood. Breanna approaches therapy from a client centered lens, as well as a trauma informed base.

3. Has a tattoo of "Ohana" on her wrist (Loves the movie Lilo & Stitch)

5. If she's watching a TV show or movie, she's most likely thinking up treatment plans for the various characters
