🚨 ‼️ Beginning April 1, 2026 - the only Medicaid plans we will accept will be Louisiana healthcare connections, Healthy blue, and AmeriHealth Caritas.
If you currently have United healthcare, and wish to continue services with us, then please contact Medicaid by phone at 1-855-229-6848, or by downloading the healthy Louisiana app. You can make changes easily on the app.

Attention Medicaid Members:

The UnitedHealthcare health plan will not be available to Medicaid members beginning April 1, 2026. If UnitedHealthcare is your current plan, you will need to move to a new health plan before that date.

Current UnitedHealthcare members will have a special enrollment period from January 15, 2026, to February 15, 2026. This special enrollment period is only available to UnitedHealthcare members.

MEDICAID CHANGES: 🚨‼️🚨‼️

Louisiana has cut United Healthcare Medicaid.

If you are one of our UHC clients and want to continue services, Please call Medicaid and switch your plan to:

✔️Healthy Blue or
✔️Louisiana Healthcare Connections
..immediately.
These are the ONLY two medicaid plans we accept.

Medicaid number-225-342-9500.

If you do not call and make the change yourself, they will assign you to a random provider. We have no control over this, but YOU do!!!!

If you are not covered by an insurance we accept- then we CANNOT provide services!

There may be some pauses in your mental health care during this transition-but hopefully it all runs smoothly 🙌🏽
