- What has been your favorite part about working with Finni Health CM?

My favorite part about working with Finni Health CM is the passion everyone shares for helping others. Whether it is the clients we work with or each other, you’ve got a really good group of people.

- If you were an ice cream flavor which one would you be and why?

If I was an ice cream flavor I would be Everything but The…or some other flavor with a bunch of mix-ins. I am the type of person who has a bunch of very different hobbies and it is impossible to pick something to focus on. 😂

- Is soup something you eat or drink?

You eat soup, and drink broth. Unless it is pureed, then you drink it.

⁃ Why did you get into ABA?

I got into ABA because my oldest son is autistic and I wanted to learn more about the functions of behavior to be able to learn better.

⁃ What is your favorite cereal?

My favorite cereal is Special K Berries and Yogurt

⁃ Are you a coffee, tea, or energy drink person?

I love all three! Definitely more coffee though.

⁃ What is your favorite memory while working in ABA?

My favorite memory while working in ABA is when one of my non-verbal clients started using word sounds to communicate what they needed

⁃ What is your favorite way to eat potatoes?

My favorite way to eat potatoes is mashed with butter or gravy.

⁃ What toppings are on your ideal pizza?

My favorite pizza toppings are ham, bacon, and pineapple.

⁃ Why did you get into ABA?

I originally got into ABA as something to fill the time between when I graduated with my bachelor’s degree and when I was supposed to start Med school. I ended up falling in love with the field and the difference we were able to make in the lives of our clients and their families.

⁃ If you could have 1 wild animal as a pet which one would it be and why?

If I could have one wild animal as a pet it would have to be a crow. They’re super intelligent and I’m curious what trinkets it would bring home

⁃ If you could be a French fry which type would you be?

If I was a French fry I’d be a crinkle cut fry.

⁃ What has been your favorite place that you have traveled to?

My favorite place I’ve traveled would have to be Olympic National Park, Glacier National Park was a close second though

Happy anniversary Erin! Erin is one of our amazing registered behavior technicians and is celebrating her 1 year anniversary with Finni Health CM today!

⁃ Why did you get into ABA?

I got into ABA 3 years and it started out just as a job, but I soon fell in love with the field and seeing the clients thrive and grow. I am now going to school to become a BCaBA to keep growing in the field.

⁃ If you were a vegetable which would you be and why?

If I were a vegetable I would be an onion because I have many layers and I am slow to come out of my shell to people

⁃ If you were the captain of a pirate ship, what would be your ships name?

My pirate ships name would be the squeaky seagull.
