Dravite isn’t pretty in the conventional way — it’s dark, dense, and humble.
And that’s the medicine.

It’s a special tourmaline that teaches us to receive without flinching, to stay with the discomfort of being seen.

I’m bringing this Dravite along to my Reiki session this week, (of course if Reiki Master approves).

It reminds me that strength doesn’t always glitter — sometimes it looks like months of messy baby steps leading up to receiving an in person, hands off Reiki session, while my nervous system learns safety again.
