My Health Journey
After experiencing my own unhealthy to fit-recovery journey, I am on a mission to help others find their own path to a life of health and wellness.
Given the costs of medical care in world - shouldn't we try to take charge of our health!
I recently received my Nutrition Coaching Certificate from Precision Nutrition, and I am ready for the next step (are you?)! I am ready to launch my online Fitness and Nutrition program to educate followers on the values of food as fuel for our bodies. Along with my nutrition knowledge, I will be using my fitness background to enhance your health and well being. Having a health coach can help you find and reach your inner bad-ass self. Guidance, accountability, and education, will lead to creating sustainable healthy life habits.
This next step is multi part! I am currently enrolled in a group fitness instructor certification program, while simultaneously studying for my personal trainer certificate. Once my group fitness cert is attained I will be adding specialized class credentials (kettlebell, aging, strength and conditioning, barre, yoga....I am undecided which route I will go first).
