We are seeking a front desk receptionist at our beautiful office, located at Farmer's Korner in Breckenridge. We offer great benefits and a competitive hourly rate (depending on experience).

Applicant must be a fast-learner, have a positive attitude, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Must pass a background check.

The Front Desk position works as a vital part of the healthcare team delivering exceptional patient care. In addition to a strong commitment to customer service, the ideal candidate must have the ability to multi-task in a busy office.

JOB DUTIES

Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting patient detailed patient information including personal and financial information. Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff. Responds to patients and prospective patients inquiries in a courteous manner. Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs and monitoring office equipment.
Collect, post, and manage patient account payments. Maintain strict confidentiality. Communicate with other medical specialists, hospitals, etc.
Answers the phone with polite phone etiquette. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
This position also requires ability to take on multiple roles as the needs of the clinic arise.

We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time workers.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills
Attention to detail with strong ability to multitask

*Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred

Pay: Starts at $20.00 per hour
