Who is Love Grown Wellness & Media?
On the mat: Melany Beck has been practicing yoga for the past 16 years in Colorado and abroad. After becoming a 200 RYT, her goal has been to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities. She therefore offers a wide variety of postures in each practice. Her primary focus is geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of her classes. The physical asana practice is very important; however, the pranayama breath work and meditation are key points in every class. Mel’s classes embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind-body connection. She has a passion for travel and often offer domestic and international retreats.
Off the mat: Melany have over 10 years of marketing and public relations experience. She loves to help local business flourish and has a special place in her heart for companies promoting wellness, adventure and sustainability.
