It's that time of year were many decide to make changes and focus on their health and fitness. 💪Whether it’s your first day in the gym or your 5,000th, we all share the same space—and the same goal:
For New Gym-Goers 👋
• Everyone started somewhere—yes, even the strongest person in the room
• Ask questions if you’re unsure (most people love to help)
• Wipe down equipment after use
• Re-rack your weights (future you will thank you)
• Don’t linger on equipment if your not using it
• Place your personal stuff in designated areas
• Consider getting a personal trainer and nutrition coach (lots of local options)
For Gym Veterans 🏋️
• A smile or head nod goes a long way
• Offer help only if asked—support, don’t intimidate
• Share equipment during busy times
• Remember: your encouragement might be the reason someone comes back tomorrow
• Lead by example: Wipe down equipment and Re-rack the weights
Fitness isn’t about judgment—it’s about progress. Let’s make the gym a place where confidence is built, not crushed.
