OPERATION OPTIMIZED 2025 is officially complete! Congratulations to everyone that accepted our challenge and trusted us to help you in your fitness and nutrition journey. We had 147 total competitors sign up and 62 finish for the final weigh-in. Collectively 284.18 of total fat loss and 59.75 lbs of muscle gain!

Congratulations to our Divisional Champions - Matt Schlarmann and Donna Brauer, 2nd Place Winners- John Schniers and Chrissy Lamczyk, 3rd Place Winners- Eric Detmer and Kelly Perez. We will be finalizing the list of everyone that completed all of the weigh-in for their $10 in store gift card (credit)

Several people have asked if they can still come see us and use the scan even when we don't have a challenge going on... ABSOLUTLEY! We hope to continue to see everyone and bring a friend. Also, we are planning another challenge starting in January of 2026. Detail will be posted in December.

One final thing... Please let us know your thoughts on the challenge and how we are doing overall.

November Athlete of the Month! Kent Hawley! Kent is a dedicated member here at VFit who is always positive, keeps others motivated and the gym vibes on point.

💪🏼 Kent has been working out his entire adult life

💪🏼 His current goal (which he is about to smash) is maintaining a weight under 200lbs while keeping his current muscle mass.

💪🏼 At VFit, he likes the people and community, the respect patrons have for one another, his morning “Breakfast Club” and the variety of equipment and activities available to use at the gym.

💪🏼 Kent’s advice for people looking to start their journey: Just start. Improve a little day by day, week by week…whether it’s just adding in a few more steps or a few lbs of weight.. keep improving. Just do it. Dedication is greater than motivation!

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Pick up a Crawl Tracking Sheet on the morning of the event.
2️⃣ Stop by each participating business and get your sheet signed or initialed.
3️⃣ Want an extra entry for the grand prize? Make a purchase at any business (one bonus entry per business).
4️⃣ Drop off your completed sheet at any participating location when you’re done.
At the end of the crawl, all completed trackers will be entered into a drawing. The lucky winner will receive a $400 gift card to spend at the business — or split between two businesses — of their choice! 🙌
