Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to 6th and 7th graders at Joseph Arthur Middle School for their Mental Health Day as May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We talked about how foods can impact our mental health such as our mood, emotions, and overall well-being. Great group of kids and an afternoon well spent!
