Announcing new store hours starting Monday, March 30th. We will close at 6:00 pm on Mondays and 5:00 pm on Fridays. Normal 10:00 am - 7:00 pm on Tuesday - Thursday and still 9:00am - 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

2026 Kickoff Fitness Challenge has come to an end! Huge SHOUT OUT to everyone that participated. There were 189 participants and 96 finished. Total Fat Loss - 391,32 and 29.1 Muscle=le Gained.
The big winners in the Female Division: 1st Place - Kelly Knox, 2nd Place - Tina Arentsen, 3rd Place - Deb Becker. Male Division 1st Place- Chad Schnitker, 2nd Place - Matthew Potts, 3rd Place Robert Krebs.
