If you missed last night's Menopause special on PBS39 and would like to see it, feel free to comment and I'll happily send it to you. It was such a special night, thanks to Brittany Sweeney. Menopause symptoms can be treated with the help of both Western and Eastern medical intervention. Lifestyle changes like meditation, mindfulness, movement and a plant-based diet can also assist. Twin Ponds cares about women at all ages and stages!
