Whether we’re caring for patients or visitors, a good experience can make all the difference.
Every year, national public health and data organizations — including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) — conduct patient surveys to measure how our patients feel about the care they receive at our hospitals and facilities, and how our quality of care compares with our patient experience and outcomes.
From that survey data, Becker’s Hospital Review compiled a list of its top recommended hospitals across the US, naming Higgins General Hospital among the list of hospitals from Georgia.
Becker's list is based on patients’ survey responses to the question, “Would you recommend this hospital to your friends and family?”
