🎓 Chasity attended The University of West Georgia where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She also attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where she received her Masters in Science.

“I was born in Memphis, TN while my dad was in optometry school. I was 1 years old when he graduated optometry school and we moved to Bremen. I have grown up in the medical field my whole life since my dad was the town’s optometrist. I knew that I wanted to care for people on a deeper level so nursing was a good career choice for me. I loved being an ICU nurse but I wanted to have more responsibilities and autonomy so I advanced my education and became a nurse practitioner. I love building long- term relationships with my patients- not just to treat illness, but to promote overall wellness.”

This program offers extra support between doctor visits, including regular check-ins, medication monitoring, and help coordinating care. This is meant for patients who need ongoing management of multiple chronic conditions!

🎓 Dr. Key attended Mercer University School of Medicine where she received her Medical Degree. She also attended The University of West Georgia where she received her Bachelors in Chemistry and her Degree of Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians.

“I’ve always been really drawn to the details of the miracle of life—how intricately we are designed and how each body system functions. So medicine was definitely a calling and not something anyone in my family ever did. I also really love the relationships that family physicians get to have with their patients—it is an intimate and trusting relationship that is unique and such an honor. Walking through the hardest and most beautiful transitions of life with a family is a blessing, and the impact we get to have on families and communities is truly something special and something I take very seriously.”
