I’m excited to announce a Yoga & Tea Blending Workshop! 🧘‍♀️🍵

Scheduled for Friday, June 5th at 5:30pm 🗓️

This 75‑minute session will include some education on herbs 🌿 and the creation of your own custom tea blend ✨. I’ll also have a special blend I created for you to enjoy, or you can sip the one you make yourself ☕️.

Afterward, I’ll guide you through a short meditation 🧘‍♂️ and some light stretching to help you unwind and ground.
Class is $35, with an optional $10 for any additional tea blends you’d like to make! 💛
