Quick question for PT clinic owners — do you know your arrival rate right now?
That's the percentage of scheduled visits that actually showed up. If it's under 90%, you don't have a marketing problem. You have a conversion and retention problem, and more new patients won't fix it. They'll just make your schedule look fuller while the money still doesn't show up.
The clinics that turn things around fast aren't the ones that run more ads. They're the ones that stop accepting a 78% arrival rate as normal.
