Greetings Love,
“I eat shame for breakfast.”
One of my teachers used to say that with a mischievous grin.
What she meant was this: she loved herself so deeply—even in the moments she felt ashamed—that shame eventually lost its power over her. It stopped being something to hide from. It became something she could meet and metabolize.
Almost like saying: Bring it!
I’ve always loved the audacity of that way of relating to difficult emotions.
Lately I’ve been thinking about this in relation to a different feeling that many of us struggle with:
Disappointment.
There was a time in my life when disappointment felt crushing.
So I developed a strategy: don’t ask for much.
If I didn’t name the desire…
If I didn’t voice the need…
If I kept my hopes small enough…
Then I could protect myself from the ache of not being met.
Our nervous systems are brilliant that way. They are constantly trying to keep us safe from hurt.
But at what cost?
When we silence our desires to avoid disappointment, we may succeed in protecting ourselves…
…but we also end up living smaller than we are meant to.
Disappointment is part of being alive.
If you have hopes, dreams, longings, relationships, ambitions, creative impulses, wild desires for your life—disappointment will be on the menu.
Trying to avoid it is like trying to go to the ocean and never get wet.
So instead of trying to outrun disappointment, what if we learned how to meet it?
Here are a few places you might start:
• Notice when a desire rises in you—and how quickly you quiet it.
• Get curious about the story you tell yourself when disappointment appears. What are you making it mean about yourself?
• Remember that many things we want are not fully in our control. Disappointment isn’t failure—it’s part of the human experience.
• Create a small ritual or practice that helps you move through it when things don’t go your way. A walk. Breath. A good cry. A hand on your heart.
The things we refuse to face…
The feelings we push away…
Those are often the very things that keep us trapped.
I’m not interested in living a carefully managed life.
I want the whole, messy, magnificent experience.
Even the parts that sting.
I can say that because I know how to meet what comes and move through big, challenging feels.
If you’ve been finding yourself shrinking your desires, silencing your needs, or tiptoeing around disappointment, you don’t have to navigate that terrain alone.
Let's connect. Book a free 30 minute session. You can learn how to stay open, honest, and alive even when life doesn’t unfold the way we hoped.
I’d love to walk that path with you.
Fierce Love,
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
❤️🔥BODYWORK - COME HOME TO YOURSELF
This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about homecoming.
Through intuitive, healing touch, I listen with my hands to what your body needs in order to feel whole.
My work moves beyond muscles into the deeper layers of what’s underneath the pain, helping you release what’s held, reclaim what’s yours, and return to yourself in a profound way.
Clients often describe it as long-lasting, soul-level healing—not just a massage.
❤️🔥BREATHWORK - THE POWER OF BREATH
Your breath is the ultimate life hack. In just minutes, it can shift you from reactivity into response - ability. Out of spiraling emotions and back into clarity, calm, and presence.
Breathwork lowers anxiety, softens stress in the body, and restores your power to respond rather than react.
In guided sessions, we go deeper—safely meeting trauma, inviting transformation, and cultivating a grounded sense of who you are that lasts long after the practice ends.
Available one-on-one or in group sessions, in-person or online.
❤️🔥SEX, LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP COACHING - THE BRIDGE TO LOVE
Maybe you’re exhausted from doing all the “right” things and still ending up alone, misunderstood, or unfulfilled.
I help you trade drama for depth, confusion for clarity, and “is this all there is?” for “holy hell, this feels good.”
Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—into relationships that are nourishing, honest, sexy, and real.
And yes, sometimes that means going from tears to laughter, from heartbreak to holy fire, from lonely nights to swinging-from-the-chandelier mornings.
Available in-person and remotely.
❤️🔥FACILITATOR OF EROTIC AND SACRED SPACE
I create immersive, carefully held experiences where people can breathe, feel, learn, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
From corporate breathwork and nervous-system reset sessions to intimate salons on sexuality, rites of passage, and group ritual, these gatherings are designed to be safe, provocative, and deeply human.
This is ceremony for modern life — grounded, embodied, and exquisitely curated.
