Comfort Keepers of Bremerton, WA Comfort Keepers is a home health care company that provides in home services. We are also the premier provider of in-home dementia and Alzheimers care.

We offer companionship, meal preparation, incidental transportation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, 24 hour and live in care. We can only accomplish this due to our special people whom we call Comfort Keepers. These people take everyday activities and transform them into opportunities to communicate with and engage our clients to make every day count.

In this segment, Confident and Comfortable Aging, viewers hear from the daughter of a Comfort Keepers client, along with Gerontologist Sherri Snelling and Montel Williams, as they explore how creating a safe and supportive home environment plays a vital role in successful aging.

If you or a loved one in the Kitsap Peninsula is living with dementia, a new Medicare-covered program is now available — at no cost to you or your family.
In partnership with PocketRN, Comfort Keepers is proud to offer a compassionate, comprehensive dementia care program designed for residents of Kitsap County and surrounding communities. This program brings experienced Registered Nurses right to your doorstep — virtually and in person — to support you every step of the way.
🌟 What the Program Offers:
30 to 90 hours of paid in-home care per year, tailored for seniors with moderate to severe dementia
Virtual RN support, including education, care planning, and family coaching — available when you need it
A “Nurse for Life” approach that provides long-term guidance and helps prevent unnecessary ER visits or hospital stays
✅ Who’s Eligible:
You have Original Medicare (Parts A & B) (not Medicare Advantage plans like Aetna, Humana, or UnitedHealthcare)
You are not on Hospice
You are not living long-term in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility
You are showing signs of dementia or have a formal diagnosis

Hello! This is Comfort Keepers Kitsap. We are launching an exciting new program with our partner, PocketRN, a leading dementia care provider that will support you and your loved one at every step of your care journey–all at no cost.

To qualify for the program, clients must have Original Medicare (Not Medicare Advantage) and cannot be on hospice or live in a skilled nursing facility. They will also need to screen positive for dementia with a PocketRN nurse assessment. In addition, clients with moderate to severe dementia can receive an additional 30-90 hours of paid home care as a part of the respite benefit!

This is something we definitely encourage everyone to utilize. To sign up, simply call Comfort Keepers at 360-373-5678 or 872-233-4490 to connect with a PocketRN nurse who will walk you through everything. For more details, check out your email or watch this short video:
